Challenge
We built an LMS Ecosystem for content publishers. Popular LMS like Canvas are perfect for schools, but terrible for curriculum publishers. We built all-in-one publisher’s platform.
It’s integration-friendly. The more platforms publishers can reach, the bigger their market. But popular LMS are surprisingly poor at exporting curriculums. They are only good at importing courses. For example, Canvas can’t import via LTI Deep Linking – we can.
It has powerful authoring tools. Our ecosystem is not just an integration tool. We developed a strong course builder for robust course creation. Import, create, store or export courses here.
It takes care of the finances, too. With strong subscription management and secure Volt checkouts, publishers can handle hundreds of school districts.
Here are the LMS issues that keep a publisher’s sales low:
- Limited access to clients. Various districts use different LMS/ SIS. To expand the Total Addressable Market, publisher’s LMS needs more software integrations. The more integrations there are, the more clients can publishers get.
- Content is hard to reach. Learning content is often not adapted for younger students. Storing passwords is a hassle for everyone, especially so for a first-grader. To avoid unnecessary logins, the LMS should have a Single Sign On or Deep Linking.
- Manual enrollment. Teachers shouldn’t waste time on manually enrolling students to courses. The LMS should automatically pull up the enrollments from the SIS.
- Manual grade transfer. Once the student finishes an assignment, the grades should automatically go to the SIS.
- Confusing subscription management. This feature is for the publisher’s convenience, not the end-client’s. When you handle tens or hundreds of districts, it’s difficult to keep track of permissions. Reliable software should take care of that.

Ecosystem With LMS
Publishers can use Aristek eLearning as their core EdTech software. They can create, sell, and manage courses. Software integrations with client’s LMS and SIS are also included.
Tool to Connect Several 3rd Party LMS
If your LMS is not compatible with the client’s, we can still make them work together. Create courses in authoring tools and display them in the client’s LMS.
Tool to Connect LMS With SIS
If your LMS is not compatible with your client’s SIS, they have to enter grades and rosters manually. We take a load off teachers’ feet by automating the routines. With Aristek eLearning, student data like grades or enrollments is passed automatically.

LTI Deep Linking. Both Provider & Consumer
Deep linking is the most seamless way to deliver learning content. Students can access your content directly from their main LMS. Your curriculum is synchronized with the client’s LMS.
All major LMS work as LTI consumers, but not LTI providers. They can import courses, but not export them. We can do both.

Content Builder
Create custom courses and assignments. Everything is customizable, from fonts to layouts. Insert any materials, from videos to interactive 3D models.
Content Hub
Store courses on Aristek eLearning to integrate with other LMS. Upload content from 3rd party LMS in Common Cartridge or SCORM.

Keep previous course versions and edit when necessary.
