About the project:

MS and LMS, the two platforms that we are currently building, are mainly technology tools to organize and deliver content more efficiently and provide basic progress reporting. Our goal is building the right technology platform to amplify our domain expertise advantage, aiming to become the leading provider of the Exam Preparation and Continued Education for financial and law professionals. As a high-level product vision, there are two major deliverables: first, the Authoring Companion and the Leaching Companion, two AI Agents with chat user interfaces and embedded into the existing CMS and LMS apps; followed by the Builder for content creators, and UX/UI for end users. This team’s main focus will be the development of LMS, with the backend in C# and .NET framework, and frontend with Angular, Typescript, JavaScript.

Your Responsibilities at Aristek Systems

• ​​​​​Continuously research and evaluate new data sources, keeping updated with the latest trends in AI/ML and integrating these insights into business projects;
• Design and deploy scalable machine learning models, optimizing existing systems for better performance and accuracy;
• Ability to take ownership of key aspects of data science projects and ensuring the end product is ready for production;
• Collaborate in the PoC development process to assess new software or ML ideas;
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data science solutions and communicate findings effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of work experience as a Data Scientist;
• Advanced Python coding skills (production-ready code, unit testing, and optimization);
• Proven experience with machine learning (both supervised and unsupervised) techniques, and advanced models such as boosting (e.g., LightGBM, XGBoost) and ensemble methods;
• Proficiency with scikit-learn, statsmodels, and other ML libraries, with experience in model tuning, validation, and deployment in production;
• Hands-on experience in creating LLM-powered applications (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, LLama) and integrating these models with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines;
• Various experience in data analysis: solid grasp of probability theory, statistics, and experience with large-scale table data analysis;
• Proficient in data visualization and reporting (matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, streamlit);
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP, with emphasis on ML pipelines and MLOps;
• Experience working with data from APIs, databases, and unstructured data sources; knowledge of SQL.
