Aleksei Turchak is the Co-Founder and CTO at Aristek, with more than 20 years of experience building and maintaining complex software systems. He holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, which laid the foundation for his long-term work in engineering and system design.

Since the late 1990s, Aleksei has worked on a wide range of large-scale and technically demanding projects, including enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, learning management systems, and custom software solutions. Over time, this work shaped his strong systems thinking and a calm, structured approach to solving difficult problems, especially when projects grow in size, complexity, and responsibility.

Earlier in his life, Aleksei practiced Muay Thai, an experience that taught him discipline, focus, and how to stay steady under pressure. While his priorities have shifted over the years, that mindset still shows in how he approaches engineering challenges and teamwork: thoughtfully, consistently, and without rushing to easy answers.

Outside of work, Aleksei enjoys gardening and hosting barbecues for friends and family. These slower, hands-on activities reflect a side of him that values patience, care, and the understanding that strong results – in technology or in life – rarely happen overnight.
