Challenge

In today’s business landscape, ongoing training for staff has shifted from being an option to a fundamental necessity for specific industries. This was the case for our client, which recognized the need for reliable corporate LMS solutions to support employee development and improve training management.

The primary challenge of the project arose from the fact that all training initiatives for the Client had been traditionally conducted offline, leading to challenges in coordinating educational resources and promptly assessing employee advancements. Furthermore, the new LMS also needed to seamlessly integrate with the client’s internal software, including the corporate chat.

The company was looking for LMS enterprise solutions that could support large-scale training while meeting strict internal security and system compatibility requirements.

  • 2

Create an intuitive course-building system for both tutors and employees.

  • 3

Develop a user-friendly tracking system that provides educational analytics with dashboards.

  • 4

Create a bespoke software to ensure the security and inaccessibility of the client’s sensitive data from external sources as well as to have prompt system support.

Our insights

  • Icon of card 1

Moving from offline to digital required more process changes than expected

At the start, the focus was mainly on software functionality. During the project, it became clear that internal training processes also needed to be redesigned. Some departments had different approaches to certification and course tracking, so the system had to support flexible workflows.

  • Icon of card 2

Integration with internal systems was critical for adoption

The LMS became much more valuable once it was connected to the company’s HRM system and corporate chat. This allowed employees to access training in their daily workflow instead of switching between multiple tools.

Early versions of analytics were too complex for managers

The first reporting dashboards included many metrics, but managers mainly needed quick visibility into employee progress. Simplifying the analytics interface made it easier for supervisors to track training results and take action.
