About the author
Anna Danilkovich is a Business Analyst at Aristek. She holds a degree in linguistics and intercultural communication, with a specialization in international tourism.
On client projects, Anna gathers and formalizes requirements, models processes in UML and BPMN, and analyzes integrations such as REST APIs, SSO, and payment systems. She supports features from discovery through to release. Beyond individual projects, she helps shape how business analysis works across the company, from standards and artifact templates to approaches for handling requirements. She also mentors analysts, helps them grow along the company’s skills matrix, and takes part in hiring.
Anna is also part of Aristek’s R&D work, where the team looks for solutions to non-trivial problems. She reviews competitors, tracks market signals across different domains, gathers requirements from stakeholders, and works out solution architecture. Much of this work currently focuses on agentic AI: the team builds AI agents, skills, and MCP servers.
Her project experience spans EdTech, insurance, FinTech, logistics and ERP, HR tech, healthcare, veterinary, e-commerce, and retail.
Anna enjoys figuring out how things work. She prefers to start from the real problem a user has and turn scattered requests into a clear system. In AI, she is drawn to the practical side: removing routine work so people have more time for tasks that require thinking. What matters most to her is seeing her work in a live product that people actually use.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys active leisure, especially long walks, and often travels to another city or to the forest for them. She loves traveling in general. Board games with friends are one of her favorite pastimes. She also has a soft spot for beautiful jewelry, and on quieter days she likes to knit.
