You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us by email.

How to request account deletion

Send an email from the address linked to your account to support@aristeksystems.com.
Use the subject line “Account deletion request” (or similar).
In the message, state clearly that you want your account deleted, and include any details we need to find your account (for example your username or registered email).

What we will do

We will verify your request, delete your account, and remove or anonymise personal data tied to that account, in line with our retention policies and applicable law. We may keep certain information only where the law requires it (for example short-term logs or billing records).

Timing

We aim to complete deletion within 10 business days of a valid request. We will confirm by email when the process is finished or if we need more information.
